| SHIPPING FISH ONLY We ship using Delta Cargo, USPS, UPS & DHL OR BEST WAY. We will ship using USPS for overnight Delivery ONLY. Delta-Southwest or better Cargo Usually runs between $60-$100 PER 100 LBS . If USPS can not deliver overnight to your area, we will use one of the other carriers. Cost for shipping overnight ranges in price depending on the distance & weight of package. The cost of shipping will be paid by the customer. Other shipping arrangements can be made. Please contact us with any questions and for a shipping quote. It is your responsibility to make sure we have your correct address for shipping. If you fail to make sure we have the correct address, then all guarantees are Void and it will be your loss. Guarantee: We guarantee live arrival when the fish are shipped same day or overnight. If other shipping arrangements have been made then guarantee will be discussed with customer. We can not be responsible if the courier has delayed or mishandled the shipment. If the courier is negligent, then the buyer has to file a claim with them. All shipments must be picked up within 2 hours, if not able to deliver to home. SOME FISH WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED AND WILL BE STATED SO. DOA'S: DOA's must be reported within 6 hours. Although great care is taken in housing and packing the fish, there are occasions where some fish can succumb to the stresses of transport. In these cases a digital image of the specimen, in the unopened bag, needs to be submitted within that 6 hour period. DOA means dead when arriving to the destination and not after the fish has been put into the tank. No credit will be given due to the negligence of the carrier or the customer. If you recieve Shipment through Delta AP to AP, you MUST open all of the boxes at the Cargo company and report any Deaths to them At that time. If you fail to do so and get home and there is a death, Then it is your loss. Live Arrival is only guaranteed up until you take possession of the boxes. If you recieve them through USPS, Fedex, DHL or UPS to your door, then you need to send a picture within the 6 hour time frame. Restricted Species: We will not be responsible for penalty incurred due to restricted species. We will do our best to check before finalizing the order, but It is up to the buyer to check, and confirm that the specie(s) are legally allowed in the specific state. If you know a species is Illegal in your state ahead of time please do not waste your time or mine asking if we can make an exception. It WILL NOT happen. Any legal ramification will be the responsibility of the buyer. |
