Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will be happy to give you a refund on any up-opened product except food or live animals. Any food products are not returnable due to contamination possibilities. All returns will have to be shipped back to us at the buyers expence, must be received within 15 days of arrival and there will be a 20% restocking fee.
